Balwyn. Residential Home Theatre - Project included design, construction and installation. It features custom designed cinema seat riser and screen alcove. Projection and surround sound systems include 135-inch acoustic screen and twin 12-inch powered subwoofers. Velvet curtains completed the room, providing an authentic cinema aesthetic and acoustic optimisation.

Bulleen. New home construction - This multi-room smart home was designed with entertainment and security in mind. It features six zones of audio and video: theatre, family, alfresco, pool area, master bedroom and dining. Alarm and CCTV systems are integrated with push notifications on all smart devices. The home also features access control via fingerprint scanners at the front door and garage. The Control4 automation system additionally includes Intercom Anywhere, blinds, curtains and lighting control.

Camberwell. Renovation - A small but functional project. Surround sound to family room featuring video and audio distribution. Audio steaming to master bedroom, outdoor deck and poolside areas. Flush speakers and ceiling mounted subwoofer for clean appearance feature in the living room, bedroom and outdoor deck. Somfy motorised blinds throughout new section of renovation have been installed. Control4 automation system accessed with either mobile device or Control4 remote control.

Melbourne CBD. Media room - Commercial theatrette was required at vacant media room on 5th floor of an apartment building. Work required was to design, supply and install audio equipment and projection system to seat ten people. Construction of seat riser and acoustic panels, supply of quality leather motorised recliners and automated system. Supply and installation of 135-inch acoustic projection screen, and quality surround sound system.

Docklands. Apartment retrofit - This project included the supply, installation and integration at a 10-year-old 3-bedroom apartment. Features audio and video distribution to main living area, master bedroom and main bathroom. Smart lighting and blinds all integrated together into Control4 platform.

Ivanhoe. New home construction - Job required structed cabling, networking, design, supply, install and programming. For this newly constructed luxury home in Ivanhoe, automation control from Control4 was implemented. Eight audio and video areas with custom design joinery featuring pop-up TVs to the master bedroom, lounge and alfresco. Access control and smart lighting throughout the home with awning and blinds integration included. The home also features automated water fountain and fishpond.

Malvern. Retrofit - Smart lighting, motorised blinds, intercom system featuring Intercom Anywhere and audio-visual distribution to eight zones. Access control interfaces at front door, entry gate and garage. Security system and HVAC integration.

North Melbourne. Commercial retrofit - Structured cabling, networking, design, supply, installation and programming from the ground up was required for this unique project. A custom blended multi-projection system was mounted to project an enormous 21 x 13 metre image onto the warehouse floor for a 1:1 floor plan display. A secondary projection system projects a 250-inch image onto the west wall. A 75-inch monitor to the conference room was also installed. Other features include Control4 intercom system, smart lighting, 12 speaker audio system, security alarm/CCTV systems integration and audio-video distribution to all areas.

Sanctuary Lakes. New home construction - Brand new home required structured cabling, networking, design, supply, installation and programming. Dual function theatre room features 115-inch motorised screen and 60-inch smart TV. Other zones include the billiard room, alfresco, rumpus, master bedroom, guest room, and second and third bedrooms, all with audio-video distribution. Automation system by Control4 including CCTV integration.

Williamstown. Residential Home Theatre - Design, supply and installation of projection and audio-visual system at new property in Williamstown.

Sunshine West. New home construction - Customer required security alarm system and CCTV, structured cabling, networking and audio-visual distribution all neatly presented on an easy to use Control4 automation platform. Four audio-video zones, including home theatre, living room, alfresco and master bedroom, all work seamlessly.

Elwood. New home construction - Large project featuring eighteen multi-room zones for audio or video distribution. Whole house smart lighting control with lighting scenes. Integrated motorised blinds and much more. All with the convenience of Control4 smart home solutions.

Altona. New home construction - Control4 smart home required supply, design and installation. Access control, security and entertainment are the main features for this Altona property. Entry gate, driveway gates and garage door are all integrated for easy access to and from the home. Intercom system featuring Intercom Anywhere for communication within the home or when you are out. Integrated alarm system with push notifications tie into access control system for customer convenience. Six zones of audio-visual include home theatre and kids' upstairs retreat. Smart lighting, CCTV and integrated blinds are also included.
